If you're looking for a personal trainer in the Medford, NJ area, you’ve come to the right place!

Every individual is capable of attaining their own optimum physical conditioning.  If we are made aware of our potential and how to achieve it, we can.  As a personal trainer, I’ve seen clients from ages 11-75 accomplish things they never thought possible.

My mission as a personal trainer is to re-shape America one body at a time through educating them on the importance of exercise for overall quality of life. I also consult them and stress the importance of proper nutrition beyond the basics of weight loss.

Zayne Mitchell, President

Zayne is the Founder/President of SJF.

Zayne's fitness career started in 2004 when he asked 5 women to be apart of an exercise program that he created. For three days per week, Zayne motivated these five women to achieve their fitness goals at a local park.

In just five short years, Zayne has reached the lives of thousands of people looking to enhance their overall quality of life.

Zayne has worked with several corporations such as Cooper University Hospital of New Jersey, Hardenbergh Insurance Group of New Jersey, Ballard Sphar Ingersoll, LLP of New Jersey, RIPA Center for Women's Wellness.

Zayne's consulting work includes speaking at the New Jersey Strength Coaches Association (NJSC) meeting in 2007.

 A published author, Zayne is the author of "What Do I Eat? Top 50 Foods For Fitness And Overall Quality Of Life" copy written 2010 and is also the editor of a weekly email newsletter with over 500 subscribers.

Personal Training

Meet your fitness goals with an intense one-on-one personal training session. The hour long workout covers all five components including strength, endurance, flexibility, body composition, and cardiovascular conditioning. You will train in a private studio setting. One-on-one personal training sessions are designed with YOU in mind. We use exercise "core" balls, dumbbells, and a whole lot of imagination. We don't believe in wasting space with alot of machines. Instead, we focus on creativity that accomplishes the same if not better results. It's all about you! We only ask that you bring your great attitude.

Rapid Fat Loss Fitness Boot Camp

Rapid Fat Loss Fitness Boot Camp class is an intense hour long workout experience.   Boot Camp class is a fast paced class designed to burn calories and lose fat while gaining muscle tone and strength. We don't use much equipment either. An exercise mat, and some dumbbells is all we need. This total body experience is designed for intermediate and advanced levels of fitness.

Boot Camp workouts are great because they are:

 

Fast paced, intense, affordable,  a great way to meet new people offers variety

Power Yoga 

Power Yoga is a fast paced form of Yoga based around the Sun Salutation series.
It will build strength, increase flexibility, and improve concentration and build heat.
This is an intense practice designed with the athlete or the everyday person in mind.
